Title 22 Compliant — RCFE Facility # 315920252

Frequently Asked Questions.

We can care for seniors who need assistance with all daily activities (bathing,
dressing, etc.), those who are wheelchair-bound or have mobility issues (nonambulatory), and those with memory loss/dementia. We are licensed for 6 nonambulatory residents. We also accept residents on hospice care (up to 2 at a time) with
support from hospice agencies. We do not provide skilled nursing (like IVs or feeding
tubes) on-site, since we’re a social model of care, not a medical facility, but hospice or
home health can handle skilled needs as needed.

Yes, we have a hospice waiver which allows residents to remain here through end-oflife with hospice care. We partner with reputable hospice agencies that come in to
provide medical services (nurse visits, pain management), while our staff continues to
provide daily care and comfort. This way, your loved one doesn’t have to move to a
nursing home; they can stay in a familiar setting.

Our monthly fee includes: a private furnished room, all utilities (electricity, water, WiFi, etc.), three meals a day plus snacks, 24/7 caregiver assistance, housekeeping, laundry,
activities, and basic supplies (toilet paper, wipes, etc.). Incontinence products (adult
briefs) are usually supplied by the family or can be added at cost. The only additional
fees would be the one-time community fee and any optional add-on services clearly
discussed in advance.

Family and friends are welcome to visit. We don’t have rigid visiting hours, but
typically visits are best between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm to avoid disrupting care routines or
sleep. We just ask that you call ahead if visiting outside usual hours or if planning to take
a resident out for an outing. During flu season or pandemics, we may have additional
precautions to keep residents safe, in line with public health guidelines.

First, contact us to schedule a tour. After the tour, if you’re interested, we’ll provide
an admission packet and require a physician’s report (Form LIC602) to be filled out by
the senior’s doctor. We’ll assess the senior’s care needs to ensure we can safely meet
them. If everything looks good, we agree on a move-in date, handle paperwork (including
the Residency Agreement, House Rules, etc.), and you pay the first month and
community fee. We try to make the process easy and will guide you through each step.
